In the past I have worked with adolescents and teens where I gained many years of experience supporting youth. Afterwards, I transitioned to providing individuals, couples, and group therapy at a non-profit agency. My areas of expertise include but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem, attachment, life transition, identity development, and relationship challenges. In sessions, I draw from evidence-based practices such as
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
-
Mindfulness-based Approaches
-
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
I offer a collaborative, compassionate, and supportive approach. I create a safe and trusting environment for clients to express themselves and embark on their healing journey.
I look forward to meeting you! Please contact me for a free 15-minute consultation.

Therapy is a way to find the courage to face your fears and to live a more fulfulling life.
